Material
Our PLA products use a plant-based plastic commonly produced from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane. PLA is bio-based, but it should not be described as home compostable.
Looking after your item
Keep 3D-printed PLA products away from high heat, open flames and prolonged exposure to very hot environments. Unless a product listing specifically says otherwise, decorative 3D-printed items are not intended for food contact or dishwasher use.
Clean gently with a soft damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.
Made layer by layer
Fine layer lines and tiny variations can be a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are not necessarily defects. They are part of how each piece is made.
